Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges:
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your item arrives faulty, we’ll happily offer a replacement or store credit. To qualify, the item must be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
To get started, please send a message below. Our team will get back to you within 1–2 working days. If your return is approved due to a fault, we’ll cover return shipping costs up to the original amount paid. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns not related to a fault.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if there’s any issue - whether it’s damaged, defective, or the wrong item so we can make it right for you.
Non-Returnable Items:
We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Store Credit:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, you’ll receive your store credit by email—valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
